Hon. Joshua Aduma Owuor is a Kenyan politician and lawyer, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Nyakach Constituency since 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi in 1990 and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 1994. Before his parliamentary role, he worked as a town clerk in various municipalities, including Bondo, Kisumu, and Garissa, and served as the Director of Legal Affairs at Nairobi City Hall. He is a member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.
