Hon. Martin Peters Owino is a Kenyan politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Ndhiwa Constituency, first elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2022. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University and has extensive experience in public health, having worked with the Ministry of Health in Kenya and international organizations like CDC and Veterans Health Services in the USA. Before joining Parliament, he was the Chief Officer for Health in Homa Bay County. In Parliament, he has served on committees for Health and Agriculture.
