Hon. Caroli Omondi is a Kenyan lawyer and politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Suba South Constituency. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Nottingham, and completed an Executive Management Programme at Harvard Business School. Professionally, he has held significant positions including Senior State Counsel at the State Law Office, Board Secretary for the Energy Regulatory Board, General Counsel for the African Trade Insurance Agency, and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister.
