Hon. Francis Tom Joseph Kajwang’, commonly known as Tom Kajwang’, is a Kenyan politician and lawyer, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Ruaraka Constituency in Nairobi County. He pursued his higher education at the University of Nairobi, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree between 1989 and 1992. Subsequently, he attended the Kenya School of Law in 1994, earning a Diploma in Law.

Tom Kajwang’ hails from a family actively involved in Kenyan politics. His late brother, Otieno Kajwang’, was a prominent politician who served as the Senator for Homa Bay County until his passing in 2014. Another brother, Moses Otieno Kajwang’, succeeded Otieno as the Senator for Homa Bay County and continues to serve in that capacity
