Hon. Adhe Wario Guyo is the current Member of Parliament (MP) for North Horr Constituency in Marsabit County, Kenya. He was elected to the National Assembly in the 2022 general elections.

Before entering politics, Hon. Guyo was known for his humanitarian efforts, particularly in mobilizing resources to mitigate the effects of drought in the pastoralist communities of North Horr. He has been instrumental in drilling boreholes and providing essential services to the community
