Hon. Paul Ongili Owino, popularly known as Babu Owino, is the Member of Parliament for Embakasi East Constituency in Kenya. Born on October 10, 1989, he rose to prominence as a student leader at the University of Nairobi, serving multiple terms as Chairperson of the Students Organization of Nairobi University (SONU). Babu Owino is a graduate in Actuarial Science and Law and is known for his strong oratory skills, youth advocacy, and active participation in national politics.
